FIRST MONDAYS - TALKS FROM OUR COMMUNITY FOR OUR COMMUNITY

Over the years, many DRARA residents have given fascinating talks or guided walks to share their knowledge or experiences with others in our community. We have so many interesting people living in our community, with a wide experience of life from travel, to work, to people met and hobbies enjoyed, exploits and surprising knowledge acquired and wisdom to share.

Thanks to the brainstorm of resident Elizabeth Mills, and with the context of the Covid pandemic and lockdown, in January 2021, DRARA launched a regular series of on-line talks "First Monday with DRARA" - taking place on the first Monday of each month.  The talks last half an hour, followed by questions and discussion with our guest and fellow neighbours.  These talks have been extremely popular from the start, and both the talk and discussions are recorded and made available on this webpage for others to enjoy at a later date - see below.

First Monday with DRARA is only open to DRARA residents, please click on the link below to register for the next talk, and then join at 8pm, with a cuppa or glass of something convivial!
