DRARA Pumpkin Window Trail!

I think it is generally considered that Trick or Treating is not a good plan this year – getting together in groups, door knocking, and handing over goodies are all not ideal in the current situation.  But we know how much the kids look forward to Halloween, so we are having… a DRARA Pumpkin Window Trail!

To do this, we need your help to take part, please create a picture of a pumpkin, as big or small as you like, friendly… scary… funny... you no longer need to be restricted to your carving skills!  When it is done, put it in your street facing window.  We would love to create an on-line gallery too – so please send a photo of your pumpkin to events@drara.org.uk.

Then on Halloween weekend, walk round the DRARA area to count how many pumpkins you can spot ...or view the online

Here’s some really great guidance on how to enjoy Halloween safely, from Oxford City Council: Some other Halloween ideas:

A quick taster of plans for the next few months – our DRARA community is getting involved in Oxford Lights Festival (see https://www.oxlightfest.com/), we have our Living Advent, and in January, plans are afoot for an on-line return of the much loved DRARA Charity Quiz Night and our new First Mondays with DRARA will start !
